return and refund policy

Thank you for purchasing from Logic Tracks. We strive to ensure that our pump controllers and related products meet the highest quality standards. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • The product is returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice
  • The product is not damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or electrical faults

⚠️ Important: As pump controllers are electrical/industrial products, returns are not accepted after installation or usage unless there is a manufacturing defect.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • Installed or used products
  • Products damaged due to incorrect wiring or external electrical issues
  • Customized or made-to-order control panels
  • Products without original packaging or missing components
  • Requests made after the return window

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share photos/videos clearly showing the issue
  • Our technical team may assist remotely to verify the issue

If confirmed:

  • We will offer replacement, repair, or refund (as applicable)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

    • Order ID
    • Product details
    • Reason for return
    • Supporting images/videos
  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions

⚠️ Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • Approved returns only
  • Product inspection completed successfully

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval

6. Shipping Charges

  • Customer bears return shipping costs, unless:
    • Product is defective
    • Wrong product delivered
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

7. Replacement Policy

We offer replacement in case of:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Transit damage
  • Incorrect product delivered

Replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification.


8. Warranty Support

All products may be covered under a separate Warranty Policy (if applicable).

Warranty claims:

  • Do not fall under return/refund
  • Will be handled via repair or replacement

9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
